Position Summary
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for maintaining inventory levels adequate to the needs of the office. This role requires the ability to review open work and either staging or ordering materials needed. On top of warehouse duties, you will be tasked with hydrostatic testing of pressurized cylinders by DOT guidelines and regulations. The ideal candidate will be flexible as delivery of parts and pickups at supply houses and other offices are required. Ability to step in as an extra hand with fire extinguisher maintenance and walk in service customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and shipping materials
  • Fill fire extinguishers and various fire suppression cylinders
  • Perform hydrostatic testing on cylinders and tanks
  • Maintain safe working practices while servicing cylinders and operating shop equipment
  • Assist with counter sales and customer walk-ins as needed
  • Fill fire extinguishers and various fire suppression cylinders
  • Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Willing to Train Right Candidate (No Experience Necessary)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow shop safety procedures
  • Basic knowledge of fire protection systems (alarms, sprinklers, suppression) preferred
